A: Well, my trading card game is like a love letter to folklore and mythology from all around the world. It's a celebration of the creatures, legends, and stories that have captivated humanity for centuries. Each card features a beautifully illustrated creature from a different culture, accompanied by a brief wonderful quote that fits with the illustration! It's the perfect game for anyone who loves fantasy, history, or just wants to learn a little bit more about the cultural world around them. Oh, and it's also a lot of fun to play! Just don't let the dragons high roll you!! Q: What inspired you to create your own TCG? TCG Interview #31: MonPak

I spoke with the creator of MonPak- here are his answers to my questions: Q: Please describe your trading card game! A: MonPak is more of a collectable monster gallery first, and a game second. The art style is reminiscent of early pokemon art. The stats on the cards are very simple, and there are currently a couple of different games that can be played with them, with more coming in the future. Q: What inspired you to create your own TCG? A: I'm a monster artist and I wanted a way to let people collect the monsters that I make. I thought that cards would be a natural fit. I grew up playing with Pokemon cards and Digimon cards and many others. There's just something about holding a card that is so much more satisfying than looking at an illustration on a screen. Q: What TCGs did you grow up playing as a kid? A: Oops I already answered this one, but I played a lot of the Pokemon TCG. Although it's very fun, I think I mostly collected them for the art. My friends used to play

A physical copy of Collector's Mindset Fall Edition Vol. 2 (the issue I'm featured in) is included along with two other issues of the magazine as backer rewards for the game's Kickstarter campaign, which just dropped today! Unlike other trading card games, Personal Conquest focuses on adult themes such as drugs, sex, and violence, making for a uniquely exciting gameplay experience. Each player is the leader of a criminal organization trying to take the other out using the various cards they have at their disposal, such as weapons, items

TCG Interview #29: Izz-Monsters

I spoke with the creator of Izz-Monsters TCG, here are his answers to my questions: Q: Please describe your trading card game! A: Izz-Monsters TCG is a well-balanced game that focuses on fun and simplicity while teaching you how to tap into your higher consciousness and become ultimately aligned with yourself and the universe. The objective is to SHIFT your Izz-Monsters across the Arena Of Auras and deplete your Opponent's Izz-Points down to zero (0). Q: What inspired you to create your own TCG? A: I have a strong passion for drawing, and being a 90's kid who had to self-assemble his first bike, I would find joy in creating fun games for the happiness and excitement it brings others who play them. My inspiration mostly comes from the games I grew to dislike while playing with my awesome brother. Being a hardcore gamer and an even harder critic, I would often play games and discover that they either don't make sense to some degree or prove to be too challenging or complicate
